Stay In Obedience

Stay In Obedience

If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land – Isaiah 1:19.

We are in great times, exciting times as the children of God. We are in the season of breakthroughs, we are possessing and we are enlarging territories. Everyone is happy except for one, and that is the devil. Nothing kills the devil more than seeing a child of God prosper and that’s why he makes it his purpose to steal, kill and destroy. I have experienced a lot of Christians, myself included, receiving great promises from God only to receive none at the end of the day. Does this mean that God lied? Not at all, but rather it means in the process of waiting someone came to steal, kill and destroy the promises before they manifested in the physical.

This time around, I want to make it a point that I do not go empty handed, that I see ALL of God’s promises come to pass. So I went to God and said, “God I thank You for Your promises, I really do not want to miss any of them, so help me know how I can obtain them all.” God’s answer was to me very simple and straight forward, He said, “Stay in Obedience.” Staying in obedience means staying in the will of God, being found where God wants you to be, doing what He wants you to do.

The devil has no access whatsoever to a person who is contained within the will of God and is walking in obedience. So when one has received the word of God, it’s important that they are very cautious of how they conduct themselves thereafter. A word given will surely be tested and if that test finds you outside of the will of God and obedience, chances are you won’t be able to stand the test. God really wants to bless us and it is up to us to obtain the blessings of God. Be found in God always and remain in His will so as to never fall victim of the stealer, killer and destroyer.

Nothing kills the devil more than seeing a child of God prosper and that’s why he makes it his purpose to steal, kill and destroy
