GOD calls those things which be not as though they were (Romans 4:17), & He could not make or create anything without the Word. The faith of GOD speaks, confesses, declares, and says, so GOD operates in the realm of speaking faith. This is important because we were created in the image and likeness of GOD (we are one spirit with GOD and operate in the same way as Him). We have been made the righteousness of GOD; therefore, we also create and change things by speaking the Word of faith. In the LORD Jesus Christ, the law was fulfilled, abolished, and became obsolete because there was no man alive who could fulfil it in its entirety. While the righteousness of the law was a doing righteousness, the righteousness of faith, which is ours today in Jesus Christ, is a speaking righteousness. Faith is effective and powerful only by both believing the Word of GOD in your heart and confessing the Word with your mouth. Only then does the Word of GOD begin to work in your life.

In Mark 11:22-23, Jesus teaches His disciples to have the faith of GOD in their hearts. This is the faith that comes from GOD, which is a gift for every born-again believer. Jesus further teaches that whoever believes with his heart that those things he says with his mouth will be done, will have whatever he says. One can truly believe in GOD and the Word of GOD, and yet not attain what they believe, because the righteousness of faith is to believe in your heart, AND to confess with your mouth, what you believe in your heart. Your tongue has creative power and the Word is in your mouth that you may speak it; your tongue is there to speak the Word of GOD! However, if there is no proceeding Word of GOD from your mouth, there will be no creation. You cannot go around the Word, because in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with GOD, and the Word was GOD. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1)- The things not seen are in the realm of the spirit. It will take faith for you to speak the Word & bring the things that are in the spirit realm into the physical realm. It takes speaking, confessing, and declaring faith.

The LORD Jesus only spoke 3 simple words, “Lazarus come forth!” and the man who had been dead for 4 days, with organs that were dead and decomposing, immediately came back to life (John 11:38-44). When they ran out of wine at the wedding in Cana, Jesus only had to speak that the waterpots be filled with water, what He said was done, and the result was the master of the feast tasting good wine (John 2:3-10). Everything that GOD does is good, so when you speak the Word of faith, what will happen is very good. The secret for miracles for believers is speaking with the mouth what we believe in our hearts. We are custodians of the Word of faith and have been entrusted to believe and speak the Word of GOD. All things were made and are kept by the spoken Word of GOD, and the Word that made you is the same Word that will keep you, maintain you and by which you will operate. We are the product of the Word of GOD, on our own, we can do nothing, and for us to have the things we want, desire and hope for, we must speak the Word.
